Defects are one of the biggest, most time-consuming issues in any new development. MiMOR, however, makes it simple by automating the process of uploading and sending through defects.
MiMOR solves this issue in two ways:
- For owners about to purchase a property, they book a pre-settlement inspection through MiMOR's automated online system, which also books in a time with the developer and/or building site manager. Owner then gets enough time to walk around the property, uploading photos of any defects which automatically get sent to the developer or relevant tradesperson.
- For estate agents who manage the property on behalf of the owner, MiMOR stores all defect information as a single source of truth.
