Our Background

MiMOR owner, Jake Sharp created the vision of the business when he saw first-hand the lack of communication in strata title buildings between residents, committees and strata managers.

Buildings without building managers, often under 150 lots were left to manage themselves without systems or processes in place. Strata managers had to field copious calls and emails to answer resident questions or access information.

A few years ago, Jake owned a cleaning business and was responsible for 220 commercial and residential strata buildings. When most people were winding down for the weekend, Jake frequently dealt with last-minute requests to drive across town to ensure building and lift access for new residents, or juggle ad-hoc moving requests from owners corporations, building managers, residents and real estate agents.

It was this experience that acted as a catalyst for revolutionising strata-titled management and launch MiMOR – an easy to use management platform for strata managers, owners corporations and building managers.

Russell brings over 20 years of experience in coding and project management to his role as Chief Technical Officer at MiMOR. His expertise spans across Artificial Intelligence, mobile and web application development for various platforms. As CTO, Russell drives the technical development and strategic direction of MiMOR’s technology, focusing on smart building technology solutions. His leadership ensures the seamless integration and innovation of digital management systems for building operations, underpinning MiMOR’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, efficient, and user-friendly services.

Irina brings nearly 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance to her role as Test Coordinator at MiMOR. Her expertise includes preparing comprehensive technical documentation, coordinating testing processes, and ensuring product reliability across all development stages. Irina plays a key role in aligning testing activities with project goals, contributing to the successful delivery of smart building technology solutions. Her attention to detail and structured approach help maintain the high standards of quality and performance that underpin MiMOR’s commitment to innovation and user-focused services.

Elle brings over 7 years of experience in marketing, social media, and customer service to her role as Customer Support and Social Media Manager at MiMOR. Her expertise includes building strong customer relationships, managing digital communication strategies, and creating engaging content that enhances brand presence. At MiMOR, Elle leads customer support initiatives with empathy and efficiency while overseeing social media strategies that connect communities and drive engagement. Her dedication ensures residents and managers experience seamless communication, responsive support, and a vibrant online community, reflecting MiMOR’s commitment to smarter, simpler building living.
