Simplifying strata

Our background

MIMOR owner, Jake Sharp created the vision of the business when he saw first-hand the lack of communication in strata title buildings between residents, committees and strata managers.

Buildings without building managers, often under 150 lots were left to manage themselves without systems or processes in place. Strata managers had to field copious calls and emails to answer resident questions or access information.

A few years ago, Jake owned a cleaning business and was responsible for 220 commercial and residential strata buildings. When most people were winding down for the weekend, Jake frequently dealt with last-minute requests to drive across town to ensure building and lift access for new residents, or juggle ad-hoc moving requests from owners corporations, building managers, residents and real estate agents.

It was this experience that acted as a catalyst for revolutionising strata-titled management and launch MIMOR – an easy to use management platform for strata managers, owners corporations and building managers.

Russell brings over 20 years of experience in coding and project management to his role as Chief Technical Officer at MIMOR. His expertise spans across Artificial Intelligence, mobile and web application development for various platforms. As CTO, Russell drives the technical development and strategic direction of MIMOR’s technology, focusing on smart building technology solutions. His leadership ensures the seamless integration and innovation of digital management systems for building operations, underpinning MIMOR’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, efficient, and user-friendly services.
