Hard Rubbish Collection
The City of Darebin will be undertaking a hard waste collection.
Place your hard rubbish in a neat pile on the footpath outside the building between the 12-14 June 2020. The hard waste will be collected by on 15 June 2020 by the City of Darebin.
Do not place hard rubbish in the bin rooms located on the ground floor, as it will not get collected.

Due to emergency remedial works on level 3, at the above property, there will be some drilling noise between 12.30 PM and 3:00 PM today.

Part of the area in the carpark for the site shed and holding yard is fenced and secured. The cuttings are stockpiled in the holding yard. The cuttings are being picked up on Saturday.
This will be non-invasive and low noise. Starting 9:00 am. A spotter will be assisting residents if needing to access the car park.
Today, the builders will commence with the removal of the pond wall with intermittent mechanical equipment, angle grinding and jack hammering- removing the front block wall of the pond.
We have been notified that the storage cages in the back corner were broken into yesterday.
Cages 21-26 are located in this area, which are for apartments 401/402/403/404/501/502, could residents from these apartments please go and check their belongings and tidy the area by putting items back into the storage cages or apartments.
We have arranged trades to attend and repair the damaged fencing asap and to install a door to this area for extra security.
